Terms of Service & Legal Notice

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Wire Motif, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, millimeter sizing diagrams, maximum weight tolerances, and pricing. Independent Cable Organization Brand Notice: Wire Motif is an independent workspace cable management and organization hardware retailer. Wire Motif is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Uplift Desk, Fully, Humanscale, IKEA (Signum), Grovemade, or Cable Matters. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, clamp clearance standards, and technical sizing clarity. Wire Motif reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Electrical Clearance, Thermal Ventilation & Load Capacity Disclaimer

Electrical & Thermal Ventilation Safety Warning: Cable raceways and under-desk cradles are passive mechanical routing accessories designed to manage physical cords, surge protectors, and power supplies. Always ensure power adapters and laptop charging bricks have adequate free ventilation; NEVER tightly wrap high-wattage power supplies in insulating materials or overfill trays beyond recommended volume capacities, as heat accumulation may trigger thermal cutoffs. Ensure all power strips used in conjunction with our systems comply with Australian electrical safety standards (AS/NZS 3105). Do not exceed published working load limits (e.g., maximum 5kg static load for clamp-mounted raceways). Wire Motif is not liable for electrical shorts, thermal damage, damaged computer cords, or desktop damage resulting from overloaded cradles, pinched conductors, or improper fastener installation.
